The house is build in 1987. The roof has been replaced 6 years ago.  The interior  of the house was totally renovated 3 years ago with  new ceiling, new paints ,new hardwood floor through out with new granite floor tile at the foyer. New kitchen  with porcelain floor , the cabinets and all the appliances including side by side stainless steel fridge ,dishwasher,  strove, and granite counter tops with double stainless steel sinks. 3 full bathrooms  and 2  half   are with new ceramic floors, granite counter tops and high end vanities. The high efficiency air conditioner and furnace were installed 3 years ago when renovation was carried out. Basically, everything inside the house except the bare walls are 3 years old. Crown mouldings French doors , Alarm systems etc..
Well maintained  and good landscaped front and back yard with matured trees. The back yard has a large wooden deck and a 10 X 12 custom build  garden shed.
